MY SERVICE DOG WINDS UP BEING SMUGGLED OUT OF CALIFORNIA ALL THE WAY TO FLORIDA!

9/3/14 Dear Senator Harkin: I'm forwarding my message to your colleagues from California. We met when I worked for KCRG-TV9 in Cedar Rapids and you graciously allowed me to spend a full day with you on the Presidential Campaign Trail. My name is Kevin Roy. I tried to contact you about this more than two months ago but didn't hear anything. I really need your help immediately, as you'll soon realize when you keep reading the rest of this truly hideous situation that has kept me from being with my Service Dog for more than three full months now. Please help!

Please make sure Senator Feinstein sees this message ASAP. Senator Boxer has been briefed as well and took action to investigate but now new information has come to my attention and it is appalling. This is my official request for the Senator's help in making sure my Service Dog is returned to me as quickly as possible before anything more nefarious happens to her and me. We have been kept from having full access to each other and it amounts to in a conspiracy. Every right of mine as the Owner of a Service Animal, especially those in the ADA have been violated and flagrantly trampled upon. She's 8, a Chocolate Labrador Retriever. Her full name is Lindsay Davenport Roy. I haven't been allowed to see her since she was stolen May 31, 2014 in West Hollywood, California.

Everyone involved with this nightmare -- LA Animal Control Officers Yvette Smith and Arapicio who work for The City of Los Angeles Animal Services Department; The LA Police Department's Animal Cruelty Task Force, especially Detective Sanchez; and nearly every member of my heinous extended and immediate family has lied up and down and even to my face about the theft of my favorite animal of all time. They've even gone way out of their way and had me drive from Palm Springs to Los Angeles to be told Lindsay "died." But not another word about how, where, what happened when I was told a few days before that in early June that Lindsay was fine and I would get her returned to me by June 25th at the very latest. That never occurred, obviously. What's been done to us is criminal on every level and everyone must and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This will be a huge national news story. Compared with everyone involved, Lindsay is the best, most loving and caring creature of any species, especially homo sapiens named Roy, Cullen, Marcus, Madonna, Trakas, etc -- that I've ever known. (My so-called family of enemies who hate because they are really the worst examples of stupid creeps who think they have some power but they are totally wrong and the law and our elected officials must show them how wrong they are.) HERE'S THE NEW PART I'VE JUST LEARNED ABOUT THAT REALLY IS SHOCKING. I NEED URGENT HELP, PLEASE: I have discovered two videos online that look exactly like Lindsay. In fact, what are the odds of this -- the name of the dog IS LINDSAY. I contacted the shelter, in, of all places, Pinellas County, Florida. I've included links below and the pathetic response from the Animal Services Agency in Pinellas County, Florida. I'm sick and tired of being insulted and treated as if I'm an animal abuser who doesn't deserve his dog no matter what. These people are beyond overzealous. It's really the worst example of animal abuse I've heard of and they can't be allowed to get away with it any longer.
