My Service Dog, Lindsay Davenport Roy, May 5, 2014 at Thomas Lott's residence, Chappell Rd.,  Rancho Mirage, CA after she jumped into the pool like she always does, with swagger, chutzpa and graceful beauty because she loves life and gives unconditional love to everyone she meets.   She's obviously still alive and Robert Albert Roy is the mastermind behind the conspiracy to snatch and steal her from Kevin Roy -- Robert Roy's son.  Rob Roy and whomever else assisting him followed Kevin and Lindsay for days, possibly weeks, months, and who knows precisely for how many years.  It has been many, many years of hiding, alias using name changing, face distortion, and nothing but lies from Robert A. Roy.  Rob Roy and accomplices watched from a close enough distance everywhere they went over The Memorial Day Weekend at the end of May, 2014, including Mentocito, CA and Santa Barbara, CA.  The beach in Santa Barbara, Oprah Winfrey's Estate in Mentocito; and as they made their way back to Palm Springs.  Kevin and Lindsay made a brief but fateful and unfortunate stop in West Hollywood where Robert Roy enacted his "Lindsey (sic) Gate" plan, "Crook" that he is.  Yes,  "I am not a crook Nixon" pales in comparison, and a whiter shade it always is on near albino hemorrhoidal blasted butt Rob Roy, queen on the DL, always abusive mother killer walking free for nearly 20 years now.  Do "you people" see what a criminal and sick, mentally ill, fugitive of everything Robert A. Since May 31, 2014 at approximately 2:15pm.  The violations of illegally blocking full access have occurred for the full seven month period since Lindsay was stolen and a fabricated tale was told to Kevin Roy.
The illegal and completely unwarranted seizure resulted in the Owner and Animal not being allowed to have full and immediate access at all times with each other.  Such violations are prohibited by Federal Law and written in exact detail in The ADA's Service Animal Section enforced by The U.S. Department of Justice.  The Federal Law enacted by Congress in 1990 states clearly that it supersedes any and all lower jurisdictions that may attempt to enforce or keep a Service Dog Owner from enjoying full access for any reason other than public safety matters which may include a "dangerous biting dog," which Lindsay certainly is not and never has been; a dog with rabies and/or other contagious illnesses.  Lindsay was given a perfect bill of health at her last full checkup in 2013 by our Veterinarian at VCA Animal Hospital on Ramon Road in Palm Springs, CA, Pat Long, DVM.  The only chronic condition she had was an ear infection from swimming frequently which is common in most Labrador Retrievers and we were diligent to clean and dry her ears but she jumped in at any and all times and absolutely loves swimming.  That does not result in alleged "Heat Stroke" no matter what that pussy Robert Roy claims.  Matt Wurster, too -- total liar.
