A source trusted me with the only copy of Dash Cam video from the camera installed in Chicago Police Officer Richard Fiorito's squad car. Internal Affairs ordered his arrests to be videotaped after receiving hundreds of complaints against him. Everyone told me the same story. Their lives were consumed by a legal nightmare and they had no hope for months or longer.
But justice arrived almost immediately after we broke the news and the video aired on ABC7Chicago.

Fiorito was placed on desk duty but never was charged nor did he receive further disciplinary action from the police department.
Cook County Criminal Court Justices dismissed all 500 of Fiorito's remaining DUI cases.
Funny how we've never seen Fioritio or Ron Magers in the same room at the same time isn't it?
